Dr Laura Walton provides online consultation and therapy, or coaching. There is no provision of emergency mental health support.
If you require urgent help for a mental health concern in the UK here are some options:
Your GP – contact your local doctor to report your concern, make an appointment or request further advice. Out-of-hours, most General Practice clinics will have a recorded message with urgent contact details.
You can call 111 for urgent support and advice.
You can call 999 for immediate, life-threatening situations.
Further details of NHS support are available here: https://www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/nhs-services/mental-health-services/dealing-with-a-mental-health-crisis-or-emergency/
The Samaritans
The Samaritans is a charity, with a team of volunteers you can speak to on the phone, or via email. If you want an anonymous person to talk/listen, some people find this helpful: https://www.samaritans.org/how-we-can-help/contact-samaritan
